Using layered colour, grainy texture and delicate line work, Wei captures soft yet slightly distant scenes of daily life, a morning coffee, a hug, or a quiet pause indoors. Having lived between Taiwan, Japan and the UK, she is interested in how ordinary moments can carry feelings of loneliness, care and belonging.
