She has been interested in visual storytelling since childhood. Her minimal yet evocative style inspires viewers’ imaginations. She likes to create work that can be interacted with, where the pieces are completed when handled and enjoyed. The inspiration for her work comes mostly from nature, often cats. Kaho mainly works with screen printing and enjoys experimenting with various materials and creating a variety of work incorporating printmaking, including books, prints and cards. Her work is in public collections such as the Tate Gallery Library. She has also provided artworks for several sites within CNWL NHS Foundation Trust as part of the Nightingale Project.
