About the artist:
I am a Brighton based landscape artist. Through my painting I aim to capture something of the enduring nature of the South Downs; a sense of timelessness and permanence. My work is inspired by the East Sussex Downland and influenced by a deep connection with the local landscape where I grew up; for me a place of history and stability, peace and tranquility, romance and nostalgia.
