A ‘Locket-Brooch’ for Emily Kidson designed by Poppy Norton. Inspired by Emily’s love of small containers and the gridded structure of the printer’s drawer in which this drill bit case was originally kept, Poppy created this contemporary locket-brooch.
The brass screw can be used to fully the secure the locket shut, should the user wish to hide their precious items securely or for day-to-day ease the locket can be simply opened and closed using the existing mechanism of the drill bit box.
The brooch front is secured to the back with magnets, the two parts should be separated by sliding the sections apart rather than pulling them away from each other.
This brooch is not suitable for people who have a pacemaker fitted and should the customer have any heath conditions affected by magnets they should seek advice from their doctor/medical provider.
Materials: Laser etched brushed brass, acrylic, a drill bit case and neodymium magnets.
Dimensions: 87 x 52 mm.
