Michelle Leung is a London-based ceramic designer whose work explores cross-sensory dining experiences. With an MA in Ceramics from Staffordshire University and a BA in Product Design from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, she creates tableware that evokes taste and texture through colour, form, and material. Grounded in research and material experimentation, her pieces use glaze, clay, metal, and resin to express the mouthfeel and flavour of food. By embracing the tactile and visual potential of ceramics, Michelle blurs the boundaries between sight, touch, and taste—inviting users to connect more deeply with the act of dining. Her work transforms tableware into an expressive medium, where function and sensory engagement meet.
