About the artist:
I’m a Sussex based artist though originally from Rochdale where I did my foundation course. After finishing my degree in graphic design I worked in London as a designer and magazine Art Director. Hard and soft pastel and charcoal blend to create representative drawings of familiar and often nostalgic vintage objects from around the home. I’m interested in light and shade and the figurative aspect of the subject in relation to its actual size and what it looks like much larger.
