About the artist:
I am an artist who uses printmaking techniques (multi-block linocut and hand coloured drypoint) to make my art. I am inspired by the history and mystery of the British landscape – it's shapes, rhythms and patterns and the stories they tell. Having started my artistic career as a painter I believe that I bring a unique, painters' approach to printmaking. I use colour to express my emotional connection with places that inspire me. I show work regularly with the Sussex Arts Collective (of whom I’m a member) and have exhibited widely in numerous group shows and art festivals.
