Tiny Tim necklace is made from objects gifted to Joanna and Adele by Timothy Information Limited as part of the ‘From Our Own Correspondence’ commission. Tiny Tim carries a tiny bag filled with replica rubbish and a small voice recorder with a recording of Scrotum Clamp record ‘Careful Lemmings’ (press bag to hear recording).
”The bag of rubbish hand delivered by Tim for creating our artwork was worn by Tim at a Scrotum Clamp performance during the @ Work Gallery catwalk show ‘Scrap Merchants Live’ in 2023. Tim’s band ‘Scrotum Clamp’ performed alongside models on the catwalk wearing punk inspired recycled jewellery. The bag of rubbish contained: A cast crow in brass, a cast set of teeth in brass, bubble wrap, straw, a pritt stick box, a tiny Hawaiian jacket, a soft toy bunny, a scrotum clamp vinyl record, a cd, a pair of doll boots, a fig roll wrapper, snipping pliers, a single dolls arm. We have made a necklace replica of Tim singing at ‘Scrap Merchants Live’ and carrying a small version of the bag of rubbish we were given to make the artwork out of.”

Jewellery Junkie is the creative range of genuinely recycled Jewellery by @ Work Gallery owners Joanna Butler and Adele Tipler. Traditionally trained Jewellers Joanna and Adele have been selling contemporary Jewellery for 27 years from their central London Gallery which showcases the work of over 80 designers alongside their own ranges. @ Work Gallery has become well known for selling colourful, statement bold Jewellery with a particular passion for anything recycled. After collecting objects themselves for many years, but lacking the time to create individually, they decided to team up for both the designing and making process. This way of working has been a revelation and kick started a genuine desire to re-use already useful and beautiful things from bottle caps to tyre wheels. The joy of trawling charity shops and finding things in the street that can develop into funky bold Jewellery is evident in the fun and joyful aspect of this range of Jewellery which we are proud to present to you.
