Textile designer and artist, Sarah Bidwell hand makes her cushions using using selected fabrics and appliqué to create bold, patchwork designs. Sarah’s textiles are a response to her observations of the colour interplay found in nature. She loves to work in linen combining traditional techniques such as patchwork, quilting and appliqué together with block-printing to create both functional and decorative pieces.
