Collection: Frances Bloomfield
Frances Bloomfield is an artist working in Brighton. On completion of her degree in Fine Art from Ravensbourne College of Art she showed at several galleries including Kettle’s Yard, Art Net and Documenta VI. She lectured in graphic design for several years at Sir John Cass School of Art and the University of the Arts.
Since 2011 she has been working as an artist full time, exhibiting with a number of galleries. Frances has shown for many years at The London Art Fair and the Affordable Art Fairs in UK , Europe and New York with Liberty Gallery. This year she had a joint show with the painter, Alison Pullen at Byard Art Gallery in Cambridge.
She has had work selected for the London Art Group Show 2011, The East Sussex Open 2013, The Discerning Eye show in 2020 and was on the Aesthetica longlist for 2015. She has designed large stand commissions for Thonet at Salone del Mobile Milan and several smaller commissions.
