Shapes is a 3 layer risograph printed on White Cartridge 200gsm paper.
Inspired by the “Kubuswoningen” or “Cube House”, a set of innovative buildings designed by Piet Blom and located in Rotterdam, Netherlands. This artwork studies the geometric and architectural forms within the buildings to create digitally designed overlaid layers. Risograph printed in-house with blue, yellow and fluorescent pink inks.

Abby Sumner is a printmaker and graphic designer based in Cheshire. She creates colourful eco-conscious risograph prints inspired by architecture, geometric forms, travel and typography. For the past seven years risograph printing has been the core of Abby’s creative practice, creating work from her home studio which houses a two drum risograph printer. Abby loves to explore colour, shape and the interactions they have with one another to form vibrant abstract pieces.
