A handmade limited edition linocut, part of an edition of 100. Printed in black printing ink on Fabriano Rosaspina paper.
”Inspired by the Tumulus on Hampsted Heath, a sacred mound surrounded by trees. Folklore has suggested this could be the final resting place of Queen Boudica. The Tumulus holds a magical air, and the white cat featured is my beloved Circe, a beautiful Turkish Angora cat. I imagine her weaving in and out of the trees, one fierce queen speaking to another.”
Dimensions: 19 x 27 cm.
