Eleanor Meredith is a ceramicist and artist working from a studio near the sea in the East Neuk of Fife. Trained at Central Saint Martins, her background spans illustration, printmaking and animation, though her practice is now rooted in clay, hand building and painting. Humour and a light, playful line run through her drawing, surfacing even in her most considered pieces. She is drawn to unpredictability in her work, both in process and surface, and that sense of the unexpected runs through everything she makes.
