About the artist:
I am a Brighton based Artist and Designer, interested in the relationship we have with collected, accumulated objects, the meanings and associations they hold. Recent works explore memorable, decorative objects, found at home, and on my travels. I gather imagery from diverse sources, cigarette cards, vintage dresses, decorative china, textiles, market stalls and architectural structures. Images are explored through drawing, layering, and edited photographs, my interest in mark making, colour and pattern dominates the process. Artworks produced combine Lino printing, Silk Screen printing, Textiles and Mixed Media.
