The White Hart

The White Hart' as well as being a great name for a pub, welcoming travellers to relax and enjoy themselves. The White Hart was a sign of a spiritual quest and adventure. This print was made as part of an idea for animals in folklore.

Tetra Pak Print on 300gsm Fabriano Watercolour paper with oil based ink.

About the artist:
Zoe is an illustrator and Printmaker based in Cambridge. She has just completed a an MA in Children’s Book illustration at the Cambridge School of Art which has helped her to develop a more experimental approach to her work. She is inspired by folklore and fairytales which feeds into her own versions of her stories and characters. Zoe works in Lino, dry point and tetra-pak printing.
