About the artist:
Ellie is an Illustrator and Muralist working between East Sussex and London, creating bold, place-based artworks rooted in nature, folklore, symbolism, and heritage. Her visual language draws from traditional lino and woodcut techniques, layered with contemporary colour palettes and compositions. Creating digital and hand-painted pieces. Ellie’s work is driven by narrative—whether pulled from local history, natural landscapes, or imagined mythologies—to reveal the layered character of a place. Through public art, murals, and illustration, she weaves narrative-driven pieces that celebrate community, feminine perspectives and sustainable, lasting visual storytelling.
