Sarah Redmond-Fareham (b.1980) gained a Batchelor of Arts with Honours in Fine Art at Bath Spa University with a major in Sculpture. After her degree she completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Education specialising in Art and Design and enjoyed a successful decade teaching Art and Photography in the southwest of England before leaving to focus on her own practice. Sarah Redmond-Fareham has exhibited widely in the southwest both with solo exhibitions and as part of curated group exhibitions. Her current body of work entitled Women and Cats on display at Atelier Beside the Sea combines vintage magazines, collected hand cut papers and gold leaf to playfully explore our ancient relationship with cats and nature.
