Flower Power - Hope

Votives, amulets or simple flora with simple words. The Flower Power series are cut from vinyl floor tiles, inked and printed on Sarah’s Adana letterpress in gold ink onto cotton rag paper.

Sarah Young is a painter, printmaker, illustrator and maker working with narrative themes often inspired by myth, folk tales, circus and burlesque imagery. As a printmaker she is known for her lino and wood cuts but she also works in screen printing, mono print and collagraph.
